Hyggeriet til Lucie is a one-woman business. All notions about 'me' or 'I' refer to Lucie, owner of Hyggeriet til Lucie and therefor refer to Hyggeriet til Lucie.
All products on this site are handcrafted by me, Lucie. It means that products may vary slightly in size.
Feel free to take contact if you are interested in a product that is sold out for the time being. Please note that some of the products are one of a kind and those cannot be recreated.
Payment and taxes:
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and by Paypal. The ordered product(s) are sent after the payment is charged by the payment provider.
This shop is supported by Shopify. Please note that Shopify does not support payments in multiple currencies in Norway per now. It means that prices stated in other currencies on this site are for you information only and are approximate. The currency rate you will be charged depends on your bank or card provider currency rate at the time of your purchase.
There are added taxes (mva.) on all products sold in Norway.
Please note that there are no taxes added on international sales in this shop. It means that the price you are paying at check out is free of taxes. I will recommend to check before you order if your country collects any added taxes or if that are any custom fees on import. If so it is usual that the shipping company collect those.
Governing law:
This site rules by the The Terms of Service, Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy stated on this site. The buyer agrees with these policies when placing an order. However, in case of disagreement, settlement between the two parts (buyer and seller) should be tried to achieve. If not possible, it is the Norwegian law that these policies shall be governed by and construed.
